CUCM 6.1.2 MOH Upload Results in Server Crash/ Restart

Hi Everyone,

Currently have a CUCM 6.1.2 server that is restarting anytime a MOH file is uploaded through the GUI. The file size is approx 7MB.

I am able to recreate the error each time I upload the file, the website crashes and shortly after the server shutsdown and restarts itself.

Looking into the RTM and syslog viewer, no apparent errors are reported before the shutdown. Except for "Syslogd 1.4.1 restart (remote reception)" and shortly prior "logrotate - ALERT exited abnormally with 1"

Can anyone suggest additional areas I can explore to determine the cause?

Try to do the following:

- Verify server configuration.

- Restart MOH Audio Translator service.

- Reconfigure if needed.
