Hello all,
I have CUCM 6 and added the CIPC. In the CIPC i can saw the corporate directory and all end user also but when i want to DIAL to any person (user) then no operation means dial key is not working. can any one please tell me how to solve this problem ?

Hi
Have you filled in the Telephone Number field for the users? Without this the entries will have no number, so you can search them, but not dial them.
