CUCM 7.1.3 - File get activelog don´t work

Hi Guys,

I am trying collect the any files using: file get activelog, but, don´t work. I am using the SFTP msftpsrv. I verify that there is communication between CUCM and SFTP Server, but, the folder generated stay empty and CUCM not is generate none message error. Any have idea about this?   Can be the SFTP Server?

The Microsoft FTP Service is not SFTP, it is FTPS. Try FreeFTPd instead.

Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for your contact. The problem not is the SFTP Server. The customer informed to me that there was rule in the firewall. The problem was solved.
