CUCM 7.1.5 active phone load: unknown

Does anyone know how to run a report on CUCM 7.1.5 to show all phones that are showing an unknown status for the active phone load ID?

Hi there,

Via CUCM admin, have a look at;

Device>Device Settings>Firmware Load Information

and the anomalies should be linked under a "view details" file

The details page shows it for me But this is only for 3rd generation phones. All of our

older models like the 7940/60's don't show up;

hmmmm ok.  so here is a screenshot of my a 7911 showing "unknown" but I can't see this in the Firmware Load Information
