CUCM 7.1.5 - Busy Lamp / SD

This question has probably been answered a 1000 times but I can not find it quickly in the treads. I am trying to set up busy indicators on an admin 7965 telephone so she knows when her executives are on the phone. I have the BLF / SD buttons programmed and they appear on the Admin phone but they do not light when the executive is on the phone... Your help is appreciated.

Did you configure SUBSCRIBE CSS on the both of the phones

At the phone device level on CUCM, did you configureunder the Protocol Specific configuration:

Presence Group + Subscribe Calling Search Space

Identifing a subscribe CSS was my shortfall... Thank you for your help.

Hi,

Can you please double check that you have defined a subscribe calling search space?
On the configuration page of the phone who is monitoring the line, the
"SUBSCRIBE Calling Search Space" field should contain the CSS which contains
the partition of the monitored line.
