Hi,
We are using MS Lync with Call Manager 7.1.5 acting as the PBX. Whenever I add a route pattern to the SIP trunk that connects with Lync all of the calls on that trunk drops. If I just update an existing route pattern on tied to the trunk the call does not drop. Is this by design? Does it work differently in a newer version of CUCM? Is there a way to work around it?
Thanks

We have several route patterns tied to one SIP trunk between Lync and CUCM. Whenever I add a new route pattern and tie it to that SIP trunk, all ongoing calls on that trunk are dropped.
Does that make sense?

yes, it is clear now. could you please go through the following:
1- enabled the CUCM traces to detailed level
2- adding that pattern and assigne it to the trunk
3- then do a testing call.
4- collect traces genarated during the test.
please attach the traces.
