If you have a Cluster over IP WAN config and the link between the two sites goes down , what can be an alternative solution in order for the two sites phoning each other. AAR will not work. Any other views / suggestions ?

Hi,
You need to use the Call Forward unregistered field on the Directory Number.Populate this with the DDI of the phone, this means when the WAN goes down and the Phones re register to SRST and become un registered from Callmanager. When someone calls them it will then go to the CFoward destination.
If you are using SRST you will need to add some translation-profiles so you can dial back to the Main site.
cheers

Thanks Mark , that was my thought also. I saw in the CUCM 7 that you get a " Forward Unregistered Internal " and a " Forward Unregistered External "
