Dear All,
I have a CUCM 8.5.1 SU2 and two 9971 with cameras, my problem is that there is no video calls between them only audio.
It used to be CUCM 8.5.1, I upgraded CUCM to the latest SU. I disabled the power negotiation and then used a power Cube v4.
On CUCM configuration side, on the phone level the camera and video capabilities are enabled.
Any more clues?

Hi Nicolas,
Below is a brief summary on the same:
++ Can you please confirm the below: Was there video between the phones before upgrade ?
1. Are these 2 phones registered to call manager ?
2. If not, can you detail the call flow ? As to where they are registered ? and if there any voice gateway involved ?
3. Devices are enabled for video in the phone configuration page ?
4. what is the phone firmware ?
5. Can you also verify the Device Pool for the phone and what is the Region settings ?
6. Can you also verify the Location settings for the phone and if the video calls information for that location is not set to None ?
Hope the above will find something.

Hey Prashanthi,
It turns out that TFTP was not sending the latest files (I realized that after changing the CSS and the phone could still establish the call), a restart of the TFTP service got the latest settings on the phones and things worked out.
