CUCM 8.5 Cluster Licensing

                   Hello guys!

I have ordered an aditional server with part number MCS7816I5-K9-CMD2 in order to configure a cluster with the existing Publisher. On the Publisher, under License Unit Report it says the following:

CCM Node License Feature  

License Server                          Units Authorized  Units Used Units Remaining   Status

192.168.X. X                              2                        1               1                         Uploaded

Total Units for Feature                2                        1               1

My question is the following: Do I need to purchase an additional License for the new Subscriber?

Hi Nephtali,

That report indicates that you have only used 1 of the 2 licenses for CUCM Nodes

so you would be good to go with adding another without any further liceses
