Hi to all
we have two CUCM 8.6.2 version
when we go to the Cisco Unified CM Group Configuration we dont see in the field Cisco Unified Communications Manager Group Members
the two cucm
Do you have any opinion regarding this?

Hope all is well my friend
Can you try adding a new CCM Group and see if the Pub and Sub are available down below
to be selcted for addition to the new group?

Is this an upgrade?
When I upgraded a customer to this version recently, all services were deactivated - this is a known bug and we simply activated the correct services again..

Only servers running the CCM process show up in there, are you sure you have all the services running??

The issue solved as:
Deactivate the services
Reboot CUCM
Activate the services
But i will give you the correct answer
