CUCM 8.6.2a LOCAL AGENT IS DOWN

Hi

I am trying to create a backup device but i recieve the message that the local agent is down , or the drf master is down

In the serviceability i see that the local agent is down, then i start it and after 5 minutes going down again

do you have any idea ?Server reboot it already

Note:

This cucm had a version 8.0.2.(was fresh installaltion.) Then with the restore Procedure we restored the back files from the old cucm

Now the ONLY different from the old CUCM  is the admin name for OS and the version , since with the new we are running 8.6.2 after the restore ..

The old has username for OS: admin

The new has username OS: ccmadministrator

This is the problem ??How can i change the username for OS?
