Hello,
We have a call pick up group when a user attempts to pick up the call "temporary failure" is displayed on the phone. Phone model is 8945. This is reproducable everytime.
Any ideas to troubleshoot this would be appreciated.

Are the pickup groups in correct partition?
Are the groups assigned to the DNs?

The PT were not in the CSS assinged to the DN.
