Hi. We just bought another CUCM cluster and being supplied with 8.6.2.20000_2 installation media, although there is 8.6.2.22900-9 update available on cisco.com.
Question is - is there 8.6.2.22900-9 new installation media or we should install from supplied media and then upgrade to 8.6.2.22900-9?
Could not find fresh install media for 8.6.2.22900-9.

Hi,
You need to install with bootable media which has come along with Hardware i.e 8.6.2.20000-2.
After the same is done, you can download the patch 8.6.2.22900-9 and upgrade it.
You won't get downloadable bootable of 8.6.2.22900-9 from Cisco site.
