CUCM 8 on VMWare Licensing and Disaster recover

If I install CUCM on VMWare and then take a snap shot, would I be able to restore it on another machine easily?  Or, would I need to request a new license file?  In other words, is the license file somehow bound to one machine?  I know that the non VM license is dependent on the MAC address.
