Hi All,
I was hoping to get guidance on this. During a roll out of Call Manager 9.0.1, a bug was discovered which affected outbound calls intermittently as calls were not being forwarded to the gateway. Cisco TAC investigated and advised we upgrade to 9.1.
I was hoping I would be able to get some guidance concerning the steps to complete this. I had previously completed this on the MCS server but not on a virtualised machine.
I would deeply appreciate your help or if you could point me towards any resources that could help.
Thanks.

Its the same thing, set up the sftp and do the upgrade.
Or if you want to use the iso as the dvd, use vsphere to connect it to the vm.
The wizard and the rest is the same thing.

Thanks Jamie.
Much Appreciated. Are there any caveats to note?
Possibly any formal documentation will be of help.

For the upgrade review the upgrade guides on CCO, and also the RNs.
All is available on CCO under the documentation option.
