CUCM 9.0 package loss iusse

Hi everybody,

    here I have an emergency iusse.

    we have install a Esxi 5.1 on an UCS 220 server. therefore we install a CUCM 9.0 and win server 2003 on this VM.

    Now we have package loss on cucm IP address,and no loss on both win server IP address and Esxi host IP address.

    It appears ping 5  56K package loss 1 (!!!!!.!!!!!.!!!!!.!!!!!.)

    we have no idea with this situation,is there anyone familiar with this?

Hi,

I am not a hundred percent sure about this, but I think I have read something about it somewhere, it's supposed to be a security mechanism against pingflood.

Thanks man. We have the same thought with you after we fix the isp package loss problem.Now we have the great quilty for telepresence!
