Hello Support Community,
we would like to upgrade our existing CUCM 7.1.5 to 9.1. We have a Windows Server 2008 R2 on which we would like to install a Cisco TSP.
On TAPI Developer Guide there is a statement which pointed out that Windows Server 2008 R2 require native 64-bit Cisco TSP client. Is there a 32-bit TSP and a native 64-bit TSP Client included in CUCM 9.1 Plug-Ins for download?
Thanks.
Best Regards
Benjamin

Hi Benjamin.
These two clients are available through Application-->> Plugins menu of CUCM 9.1
Cisco TAPI 32-bit Client
Cisco TAPI 64-bit Client

Thanks to Carlo.
Does somebody know the formula to calculate TAPI Call-ID in CUCM 9.1 with 64-Bit TSP? We currently use a formula of Cisco in our CUCM 7.1.5 with our UCCX 7.0(2) which is explained afterwards:
We get ImplementationID via Get Contact Info Step. Then we Split this Variable into two Parts (CallID and NodeID). Afterwards we calculate the following: NodeID * 4194304 + CallID .
Thanks.
