Hi.could you help me, please. I have a number +XXX (XX) XXXXXX and when I dial this number, I can't call. Answer to me please: if it is possible this setting and if it is possible, where I can find it: in CUBE or CUCM??? PLEAS!!!!!!!

I set on route pattern \+!# and at \+.0!# but is doesn't work.

What signaling protocol have you configure to reach your voice gateway? (MGCP/H323/SIP)
Check also the partition you have configured the suggested Route Pattern.

It appears you are requiring the # character at the end of the phone number, and also sending that to the telco. (I cannot see the entire route pattern or translation pattern in your post.)
Try sending the number without the #
