Hi maleksalim,
What is the complete call manager version? (a.b.c.ddddd-e)?
When did you start observing this?
Did this work before?
Thanks

Hi there,
Just wanted to look at this 8.6.2 bug in addition to the good tips from Sreekanth (+5)
LDAP SYNC NOT UPDATING "Next Re-sync Time"
Symptom:
When a customer uses 6 hour schedule to have a directory sync we would see that the "Next Re-Sync Time" value on the web-page (under LDAP Directory configuration) does not change periodically after every sync.
The LDAP syncs would work fine but there might be one or two LDAP Syncs that can get skipped.
Conditions:
CUCM version 8.6.2
Cheers!

Good catch there Rob! That seems to be the issue .
CSCue47475 is the original defect that was opened for it.
maleksalim, you would need to upgrade the CUCM to 8.6.2.24081-1 to fix this. That's an ES and only TAC can provide this.
This is also fixed in 9.1.2.10000-28 and 9.1.1.21017-2.
Thanks
Sree
