Hi all,
We are having problem with the transfer, conference and MoH when call go to the PSTN
phone cisco - CUCM - CUBE - ISP - Phone
When I do a Call to the pstn, it is completed correctly, but when try to do a transfer or conference with other phone in the la PSTN, the call is connected but not hear audio.
In other case, when put the call in hold, after 5 seconds, the calls disconnect.
I attach sh run and some debug.
DN IP Phone Cisco : 7443
PSTN phone number 1 : 0222408134
PSTN phone number 2 : 0978076406

Looking at the sip logs, everything looks okay from a signalling perspective. However the far end doesn't seem to support options ping. And your call is being disconnected by CUBE after one of the method not allowed sent by your ITSP. Although CUBE shouldn't disconnect a call for this reason, however before we can look further we need to disable options ping on the dial-peer to your ITSP. So we can rule out this as a potential culprit..
Secondly we can try and use midcall re-invite consumption on the cube and see if that helps

I try using midcall-signaling passthru media-change but the problem continue
The call is established, but not hear audio when I transfer between two Phone external.

can you please re-test the call and collect below logs from CUBE.
