We use Vocera as a nurse call system and when the press a button on their keypad the button is programmed to play a certain ringtone.raw file on certain telephones. This is working fine but was implemented by people that are no longer are available. We want to add a new rintone.raw file into cucm to be used by Vocera. I have uploaded the raw file to the cucm tftp server and was going to edit the ringlist.xml file but once I look at it I noticed that none of the Vocera alerts are in the ringlist.xml. It seems like vocera is sending jtapi messages to CUCM, there is a application user setup for it and also a "phone services" built for it but I cant seem to find where the phone gets the ringtone from.
