CUCM Application User

Hello Everyone,

Our RMCM application user has a great number of devices and Extension Mobility profiles associated with. I would like to copy this user account and change the name but keep all the associated devices and EM profiles. There's a copy option for application users but as soon as you change the name and save the acount, it loses all the associations. I tried to use the export option but no luck. Would you guys happen to know if there's a way to copy an application user with all associated devices and EM profles?

I don't think you can copy a user with associated profs. You need to remap
the profiles once you change the name as this is a new account. Your
easiest option is to export/import. Did you check why its failing

Hi Mohammad,

I was able to use Import/Export  to acheive what I needed. In the expprted tar file, I deleted all other csv files and kept the appuser.csv and header.txt. I renamed the RMCM user that I wanted and imported. Everything worked as I expected.
