Dear All,
I am running call manager 6.1.3.
I need to take the backup of the Call Manager but during taking the backup i am facing an issue.
Please find attached screen shoots for your consideration.
Kindly let me know how i can solve this issue and what could be the possible reasons for this error.

Hi Malik,
Try restarting DRF Master and DRF local services under BACKUP and RSETORE services in Network Services under Cicso Tools in Cisco Unified Serviceability.

Hi Malik,
Are the servers JEDCUCM1 and JEDCUCM2 reachable ? If yes, is DBReplication happening.
Please check this as well.

actually i was just doing the restart on the pub as asoon as i restart the master agent and local agent on the sub nodes back up is done 100% successfully.
