Hi,
I would like to is there a possibility to know and send SIP commands to CUCM:
a- how to Hang up a ongoing call ? any specific commands ?
b- how to know if a call was hung up by a user ? any specific commands ?
Your help is most appreciated.

AFAIK there is no way to hang up a call, not even via API
You can look at CDR to find out who finished the call.

This question is more appropriate for the developer communities. Traditionally this has been done over CTI/TAPI/JTAPI, not SIP though.
