Cucm coparate directory

Hi 

I'm new for cucm.

Just got my be6k running and configure internal calls with users and phones.

I can dial manually other phones but not through the coparate directory.

The names are populated in the coparate directory but grayed out also it shows offline below the name I cannot dial through the coparate directory any ways to fix this.

Could you clarify from what type of endpoint you try to dial-out, is it a Cisco IP Phone or Cisco Jabber for Windows?
