Hello,
So I am moving some servers around, and one tasks was to move the pubs... So I built a new 10.5(1) CUCM and Presence of identical versions, hostnames, IPs etc.. and built it in isolation on a VM. I than took a backup of production and loaded it to the new CUCM and CUPS in isolations. Backup went fine, CUCM looks great.... Presence however is pretty much dead. I can log into to DRF and Platform and it basically just shows me none of the servers will starts. DB run time state says that the Cisco DB service isn't running...
Seems like what happens if you change a CUPS to a bad IP although this was from a backup...
Thoughts?

So if I understand correctly, both the Backup and Restore versions are EXACTLY same?

Yes,
After some searching I am hitting https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCur30708 and https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuo02154.... not entirely sure how to rectify though :)
