Hello All,

Sometimes db replication of CUCM cluster is (on publisher) state turns to 3 so after restart of publisher it goes back to "2" but I need to find out why it changes as "3" sometimes. Any idea how to get logs or figure out why this happens?

Thanks.

Hi Ekin,

You can check the following doc for information about Datbase replication architecture and troubleshooting

Hello Ekin,

Which version of CUCM you have ? Make sure NTP is synced all the time.

Event Viewer (Application & System) logs along with NTP logs should give an idea why this is happening. However, most importantly make sure that you are using an IOS based NTP source there and not a Windows based to start with.
