Dear all,
CCM in integrated with AD, but when i am trying find user in user management>>end user.... unable to find.
please help me how to find end user and associate device to that user.
Out put would be great!!

Should be appearing there
Perform a manual LDAP sync or check the LDAP sync schedule to see how often it is updated
Your LDAP credentials may be failing -- so no SYNC

As per org. policy i cant go manually we have find where is the problem.
is there any other way to solve this problem.

Make sure the SN field is not empty for the user, if still no avail, look at sync traces.
