Hi all,
I have a codec SX20 registrerd to the CUCM 11.5. I have also configured the VCS-C and VCS-E.
I have configured the SIP trunk between the CUCM and VCS-C ( both are in the same vlan)
Also I have confirued the Zone between VCS-C and VCS-E ( the Firewall is configured for test to allow any ).
When i made a outgoing call (B2B) , the call is ringing on the remote Codec , and the remote codec coud accept call , but no media recived .. and the call is disconnected.
I just want know if i m correct :
for signaling :
SX20 <-->CUCM<-->VCS-C<-->VCS-E<--> Remote Endpoint
For the Media:
SX20 <-->VCS-C<-->VCS-E<-->Remote Endpoint
Thank you very much
CHAM

Although you specified no product, it doesn't sound like a Small Business kind of device. Did you placed your question in inappropriate community ? Moved to more appropriate one ...

I am assuming your VCSe sits in a DMZ, in which case, are you inspecting SIP on the FW, so the FW dynamically opens RTP ports for media. also can you add a SIP debug to this post so we can see what is going back and forth. also, have have your NICs on the VCSe been set up? single NIC dual NIC? cheers
