We plan to up upgrade cucm from 7.0.2 to 7.1.3.But failed everytime.

We have try CUCM 7.1.3.20000-2 and 7.1.3.10000.And try tfp stftp or DVD to upload the upgrade file.

I are sure that the upgrade file is ok.

But everytime when it started to upgrade, it prompted a error in 30 minutes.

We also try to upgrade to 7.1.2.And everything is ok.

Can anybody help me?

I had this issue as well and not sure why so instead I downloaded the 7.1.3 file from cisco's website then burned the ISO to DVD then the upgrade worked fine. Might try that route.

Are you running the Beta release of 7.0?

We are in our lab, and cannot upgrade it either..

Going to try and run exports and import into a clean install of 7.1....

Hi s.monteiro,

We bought a new CUCM platform.Cisco shipped us the DVD.

And we tried to upgrade CUCM from 7.1.1 to 7.1.3.It was the same.

Have your succeed in upgrading to 7.1.3?

Thanks,
