I want to know that can we configure following features in CUCM.
Intrusion / Forced release on busy extensions, throughout the network.
Intrusion / Forced release on busy trunk / tie line, throughout the network.

Yes, this is what MLPP does and it is feature used by Department of Defense, and other government branches ASAIK.

Hi,
for example if a destination phone is busy. is there any feature in CUCM which disconnect the call on destination phone?
If i am unable to call destination phone as trunk is fully occupied. is there any feature to drop few calls in trunk so that call from my phone get success?
