Hello,
I have a CUCM 8.6 with MGCP gateway, is there a way for a live monitor of the FXO lines either from the operator phone or any solution to know if they are busy and who is using them?
Best regards.

Hi Marc,
You can run the debugs like debug mgcp packets/events to get the live status of the FXO lines and configure them to throw the output on a TFTP server. There is no software built to live monitor these lines.
Again if you want to know who is using these lines, probably you need to install a CCTV near the analog phone

You could use also RTMT with the Cisco MGCP Gateways>FXOPortsActive monitor, but it will only show that a port is in use, not who's using it.
