CUCM native queuing

Hi,

I must be missing something really simple.

Regarding the Native Queuing in CUCM Hunt Pilots - when I select teh Queieng option within the Hunt Pilot settings and then go to the "view detail" to select announcements, all the boxes are grey'd out so unable to select any announcements.

I have even added a new announcement and still dont seem to be able to make any changes under "view details"

Any advice appreciated.

You configure this on "Music On Hold Audio Source" which you get to via:

Media Resources > Music On Hold Audio Source
