Unfortunately I'm not allowed to upload files due to policy restrictions. I will have to try any suggestions proposed by the community.
Short summary: An incoming video call from external MicroSIP into CUCM and further to CUCM-attached MicroSIP is conducted as an audio call only. The INVITE towards CUCM contain Early Offer with audio/video, but the INVITE towards the callee is a Late Offer without the SDP (even though the SIP-profile has "Early Offer support for voice and video calls: Mandatory (insert MTP is needed)"). A call in the opposite direction is OK (Early Offer with audio/video in SDP).

I have a problem with micro sip ,i registered micro sip with cucm 10.5.2 but when i start a call from ( micro sip > cisco ip phone 8865) , the ip phone 8865 receives the video fine but when i start a call from (ip phone 8865 > micro sip ) the video didnt work at all

Are is Microsip phone registered on the CUCM?
Can you please attach a trace log from the CUCM?
