CUCM - Phone display showing Private

                   The customer previously had the phone display as Unkown and now it is showing up as Private.  Has anyone seen this before and is there a parameter that would change this?  They have 1 curcuit that does not display ANI and the calls come in as Anonymous.

You can check debug isdn q931 on that circuit for the details.

It is actually a T1 CAS and we are not getting ANI on this circuit but I do see this call coming in as anonymous.

Can you please give  detail of the issue? is the phone displaying showing word "Private" on idle state of it shows private when call rings on the phone?

if this only with one phone, better to check the privacy setting of phone.

It displays on the phone when it gets an inbound call.
