CUCM phone failed update

Hi, I just received this notification "Update failed. The system has exceeded its time limit to resolve license non-compliance issue. No more provisioning operations are allowed until the license compliance issues are resolved". I cannot update, delete and add the devices (Phone). Gladly if I can have temporarily 1 day to allow me to delete all the inactive devices in order to make the licenses enough for new devices. I know the grace period 60 days is over. But, I really need at least 1 day in order for me to clear the inactive devices. Thanks for any helps.

Restarting the publisher should give you one day time. Else contact Ciso Licensing TAc and they will provide you temporary license with one to three month validity to move the system from enforced.

 

Once you move out of the enforced mode, you can remove all unused devices.
