Hi All,
I'm running into an issue trying to migrate a 7962 phone to a 8845 phone using the phone migration feature in cucm. I have followed the steps listed in the url below. when we connect the 8845, we get the following message on the phone. Migration HTTP 404: Page not found. Any idea what could be the issue?

I doubt you are on a version which doesn’t support this feature.
This feature is available from CUCM 14,12.Su(3) or 11.5SU(8).
There is settings under enterprise parameter. The below screenshot is from 12.5SU4

Did the phone got the IP address ? And TFTP address ?
To go with phone user option, auto registration should be disabled. And 7962 must be unregistered.
And I hope you meet the CUCM versions requirement. This feature is available from CUCM 14,12.Su(3) or 11.5SU(8).

Yes. Phone received an IP and TFTP addresses. AutoReg is disabled in CUCM as well. The 7962 is disconnect and unregistered from CUCM.

Another note. The directions says that under the Enterprise Parameters, we should have a phone migration section. This is where we can select the option to retain the existing phone or not, and the option select the secure profile. I don't see this parameter under enterprise configuration.
Under Device > Phone > Find and list phones > there should be the option to choose Migrate (old phone). I am not also seeing this as well.
Not sure if this info helps....

That's it. You're right. I'm running version 12.5.1.10000-22.
