Hi,
Need VOIP phone expert to advice, what could be the reason that CUCM portal accepts speed-dial settings but phone doesn't.
Cheers

What do you mean by "phone doesn't"? Are you saying that when you add speed dials on the portal they don't show up on the phone? What is your CUCM version and phone model. Are you adding the speed dials to the correct phone, is there more than one phone available in the portal for the user? Are the speed dials showing up on the phone config in CUCM admin page?

Cisco Unified CM Administration System version: 8.6.2.21900-5 Cisco Phone: CP 8941 Once you add the speed dial on CUCM it would accept it, the phone would reset for few secs and then it still shows no sign of speed dial.
I have tried logging out and in from the phone but still no luck, no speed dials on phone

Do the speed dials show up on the phone configuration in CUCM?
What do you mean logout from phone? Which portion, EM or personal directory?
Does the phone have proper phone button template assigned to display the speed dials on the phone? Can you post the screen shot of the phone as configured in CUCM listing the DN, Speed dials on the left hand side?
How many devices does the user have in the ccmuser portal?

It might be worth checking if you have "Trust List Update Failed" messages in Phone Status Messages.
