CUCM pub shutdown circumstances

Hello Friends,

                      I have in my datacenter cisco cucm11 installed "1 pub and 2 subs".

recently we needed to make such a change that required we shutdown every server on these servers one after another and perform such a job.

I have done it so far for both subscribers BUT: the only remained server in the pub with callmanager and database management which we really need to have the CDR file with no data loss.

when we take down the pub, will that affect the contents of the CDR file and the pub had the database management service up.

will all call details running over the subs will be synced with the pub database when it comes up again which means CDR file intact and not calls logs loss?
