We are running a CUCM 8.6(2) cluster and using the RTMT that comes with it (RTMT ver. 8.92(002). When I pull up various stats, the time period displayed appears to be either 5 or 10 minutes, depending on the stats being viewed. Is it possuble to increase this time period? A period of 30-60 minutes would provide me information necessary.

No. As the name implies RTMT shows the real time stats. If you need historical data you can collect various traces and logs.

Thanks Terry. That's what I thought but it doesn't hurt to ask. I guess real time is relative. If your doing an activity that takes a considerable amount of time, real time might be 30 mins or 60 mins. Have a great weekend.

Yep, having a graph of the past 5 minutes is very unhelpful.
