CUCM sidecar Expansion module configuration - there must be a better way

Our environment has hundreds of these sidecar expansion modules.  The users often want them updated or changed regularly. They also want the users in alphabetical order.  In CUCM it seems we must wipe out the entire list or there will be blanks where we remove one person or it's not in alphabetical order. 

Is there a way to import a csv file or a tool, plugin, software program that would make this easier to manage?  We don't even have a way to copy them from one device to another.  If there is not a tool or csv method, is there a way to have my people script this?

Your best option would be to use BAT for that purpose

You can download the bat template from the UCM admin page Bulk Administration > Upload/Download Files. Select find and download "bat.xlt".

Another option would be to allow the user to manage their own speed dials through the self care portal. Especially if they request changes often.
