CUCM SIP trunk to redbox

We have to integrate the Redbox recorder to the extensions in the CUCM. To do that, we configurate a SIP trunk to the ip of the recorder, but the CUCM shows the sip trunk status: No service.

When we try to ping the recorder from CUCM the ping is complete, even, eventually, some recordings are captured. It looks like the trunk goes up and down, but when we check the status of the SIP trunk allways appear No service.

I'd like to know if we need to configure some aditional to SIP trunk goes up.

This status will only show up if both sides are enabled for "SIP options ping", do you know if the Redbox side is configured for options ping? Is it using the same protocol (UDP vs TCP) and the same ports (5060)?
