CUCM Subscriber Installation Time

Hi All,

Can we install CUCM subscriber at later stage ? For example if i install 1 Publisher and 2 subscriber right now and install another susbscriber after 2 month.Will that be problem ? What things i need to keep in mind while installing susbsciber later stage ?

Hi Madhav,

Yes, you can add a subscriber any time, after two months or even two years, it does not matter. Just follow the correct procedure to add subscriber and it should be okay.

Hi Madhav,

As Manish mentioned, you have to follow the right procedure and add subscriber to a cluster anytime later.

1. Add the subscriber IP address in System --> Server before starting the installation

2. During installation of subscriber make sure that you provide the correct "Secuirty password" whcih was used while installing the publisher so that it gets added to the cluster properly
