Hello guys.
I tried but couldn't find a guide on how to setup taps for cucm. Something detailed whats involved etc.

Thanks alot for your reply...I have seen think link.. This link is not very helpful. also it talks about CRS server..and some sort of IVR appliction.
I do not have CRS server in the network.. I have UCCX.. I dont know if they are the same .
i am looking for some sort of step by step guide .. so that i can setup taps and test ...

Hi Amit,
CRS is Customer Response Solutions, UCCX is Unified Contact Center Express, and they are both the same but for different versions, UCCX is the new name for CRS starting from version 7.0 (1).
maybe you would like to check the link below, this have UCCX instead of CRS.

the procedure in the above document is for CUCM 8.0, can be run it on CUCM 7 and 6..
