CUCM TFTP server timeout/ rejecting requests

Hi,

I'm working on a CUCM 7 Cluster with 7 nodes: 1 PUB, 4 SUB and 2 TFTP servers.

Recently, on subscriber had stopped working, and since then, IP phones are unable to register once they unregister.

I have checked on the  RTMT, I have noticed the loss percentage of 20% on the TFTP servers.

Can you, guys, give me any tips on how to solve this issue?

Hi Amine,

Do you see any spike in CPU , memory etc for these two servers.You can run below commands to check if any issue with server itself and if it is generating  any core dump file then provide the same to TAC to analsye.Or collect perf mon logs and use performance  log monitor tool to analyse the file.
