Hi,
I have the following setup. SIP trunk Provider --> Cube --> SIP trunk to CUCM.
We are having a special dial pattern to dial outside. *9*external_number. The *9* is removed on the outgoing dial leg of the CUBE.
When I make a call from my IP communicator in the format *9*0032258785 the number on the phone is changed to 0032258785 after the call is connected.
Is there a way to keep the number with the leading *9* on the screen?
We have a issue with our IVR. The IVR is monitorring the call for reporting purposes. But when the call is connected we receive a <calledid>0032258785. This should remain *9*0032258785
Kr,
Laurent
