Hi.
Currently we have a customer running CUCM 8.6 with a SIP trunk to the PSTN and another trunk (ISDN-QSIG) to a Nortel Legacy PBX. The Main DID goes to an Auto Attendant on Unity Connection on the CUCM side. When Unity Connection transfer the outside caller to a Cisco IP Phone the enduser can see the ANI on their Phone displaying the outside caller number but when Unity Connection transfer the outside caller to a Nortel Phone accross the ISDN-QSIG the Nortel phone only received the ANI of the VoiceMail port that did the transfer instead of the Outside Caller phone number.
We did open a tac case to make sure that is the normal behavior for trunk to trunk transfers but I'm wondering if someone experienced the same behavior or if there is any service parameter that we can change. At the end we would like the Nortel Phones to see the outside caller information on their phones.
Thanks in advanced,
Jose

Did you change "Display Original Calling Number on Transfer from Cisco Unity" service parameter to True?

That is for Cisco Unity or Unity Connection?

Nevermind.. that is a CUCM Service Parameter. I'll check if it is true or not on that deployment and let you know.
Thanks,
Jose
