Hi,
want to upgrade a CUCM 11.5.1 (SU1) to SU2. The upgrade failed wih this message:
Its an vm machine on ESXi 6.0.0
A IMP server is configured on CUCM. This server already have the SU2 version.(fresh install)
Somebody knows what could be wrong?

That was the right hint. Upgrade now running after deleting the templates.

below is what i saw in your logs that pointed me to that BUG.

how can i delete the templates
I am facing the same problem while upgrading to CUCM 12 but mandatory that one template is existing to be assigned to cucm @Jitender Bhandari @Support Albakom
