Does upgrading CUCM also upgrade the CUCM DB? I'm wondering if it is safe to perform an upgrade and then switch back to using the old partition. If the DB was upgraded, won't the old version have trouble using it?

Hello,
The VOS platform can have two versions (one is active and one is inactive) when you upgrade it will upgrade the DB but not on the active partition , it will be upgraded into the inactive partition , so even if you do the upgrade and you didn't switch the versions , the system will work normal as there is no upgrade happened.

Great! Thanks. I saw a common partition and understood it to be the DB... Thanks!
