Hello,
We have major outage on our CUCM v10.5. All sites are down and no incoming and outcoming calls.
Db replication is showing good.Please advise asap.

Hi,
When you say there is an outage, what exactly do you mean?
1. Are the phones down?
2. Gateway crashed ?
If not sure check the uptime on the gateway using show version command. If the gateway did not reboot bit the calls are failing then check the pri status using the command show ISDN status if it's a PRI.
Also you can collect the following debugs
Debug ISDN q931
Debug voice ccapi input
Debug ccsip messages if using sip with CUCM
Debug h225 asn1 if using H323
3. CUCM not accessible ? Is the call manager service running ? Any core dumps?

Hello Aseem,
We have multiple sites and the phones at the various sites are down.No incoming & outgoing calls.
CUCM is accessible & I had restarted the Call Manager service.
Gateways seems to be fine as PRI layer 2 status is multiple frames established.

Can you please collect traces and see why the calls are failing? Any core dumps created?
